Ingredients
Half a kilo of tomatoes
4 green peppers
4 cloves of garlic
2 lemons
Parsley
A spoon of oil
A quarter spoon of cumin
A quarter spoon of coriander
A small spoon of sugar
Salt to taste

Method

Chop the pepper and garlic and add cumin, coriander, sugar, salt, parsley, oil and lemon. Mix the seasoning and make holes in the tomatoes and stuff them with the seasoning or cut them into large pieces and pour the mixture over them. Place in the refrigerator for half an hour and serve with food
