- 1 pound rice noodles
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro, Thai basil, bean sprouts, lime wedges, and sliced chili peppers, for serving
