Step 1: Prepare the Pan
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving a bit of overhang for easy removal.
Step 2: Melt the Base
In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat.
Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and melted. Be careful not to overheat.
Step 3: Add Flavors and Cookie Crumbs
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in vanilla extract and almond extract (if using).
Fold in the sugar cookie crumbs until well combined.
Step 4: Pour and Decorate
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Immediately add sprinkles and additional cookie crumbs on top, pressing gently to adhere.
Step 5: Chill and Set
Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2–3 hours, or until fully set.
Step 6: Slice and Serve
Once firm, use the parchment overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan.
Cut into bite-sized squares and enjoy!
Tips:
Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Customize: Use different sprinkles for other occasions or holidays.
No Cookie Crumbs?: Skip them or substitute with graham cracker crumbs for a similar texture.
Enjoy spreading holiday cheer with this Christmas Sugar Cookie Fudge!
