Crispy Crunchy Parmesan Potatoes

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Potatoes:
Slice the potatoes into wedges or rounds, about 1/2 inch thick.
Season the Potatoes:
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, parsley, and salt.
Add the potato slices to the bowl and toss well to coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
Bake the Potatoes:
Arrange the seasoned potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Add the Parmesan:
Remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese over them.
Flip the potatoes, then sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
Finish Baking:
Return the potatoes to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Serve:
Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish.
Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
