½ cup (115g) unsalted butter 
2 large eggs 
2 large egg yolks
½ cup (60g) powdered sugar 
¼ cup (30g) all-purpose flour 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
A pinch of salt 
For Serving:
4 scoops of vanilla ice cream 
Fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries) 
Optional: Mint leaves for garnish
