Garlic Parmesan Roasted Shrimp

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are fully coated with the mixture.
4. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
5. Roast in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and slightly golden.
6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley and fresh lemon juice before serving.

 

Variations & Tips
For a bit of heat, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the olive oil mixture. If you prefer a buttery finish, substitute part of the olive oil with melted butter. You can also swap out Parmesan for Pecorino Romano if you want a slightly different cheese flavor.
