  • 1 cup chow mein noodles

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat and Prepare

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Ground Beef

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet, and sauté until the onion is translucent and the garlic is fragrant, about 5 minutes.

Step 3: Add Vegetables

  1. Stir in the celery, carrots, and mushrooms, and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 7-10 minutes.
  2. Add the bean sprouts and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Step 4: Combine with Sauces

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chicken broth, and black pepper.
