Sifted flour: 500 grams
Flax seeds: 2 tablespoons

Dry yeast: 8 grams
Sugar: 2 tablespoons
Warm milk: 350 ml
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
Apple cider vinegar: 1 tablespoon
Egg: 1
Sunflower oil: 25 ml
Butter: 50 grams (softened)
Directions
Prepare the Yeast Mixture:
In a small bowl, mix the dry yeast with 1 tablespoon of sugar and half of the warm milk. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sifted flour, flax seeds, salt, and baking powder.
