Prep the Potatoes: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper, rub the potatoes with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt, and bake for about 50-60 minutes until tender.
Cook the Steak: Trim the steak and cut into 2″ pieces. Coat with avocado oil and cajun seasoning. In a skillet, cook steak bites over medium-high heat until golden, then reduce heat and add garlic and butter. Toss to coat.
Make the Cream Sauce: Using the same skillet, add more butter and garlic. Whisk in heavy cream, then simmer and add parmesan, red pepper flakes, parsley, and lemon juice.
Assemble: Fluff baked potatoes with a fork, add a dab of butter, fill with steak, and drizzle with cream sauce.
