Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a large baking sheet or roasting pan with non-stick cooking spray or olive oil.

2. Prepare the Potatoes

  • In a large mixing bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil until evenly coated.
