200 grams of rice that has been cooked.

1 egg

Oil made from olives, for cooking in hot oil.

Half of an onion, diced.

1 carrot, cut into small pieces.

1 tablespoon of regular flour

2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese

Add salt and black pepper according to your preference.

A bit of crushed red pepper

Bread crumbs, for covering.

Instructions

Make the rice mixture.

Put 200g of cooked rice in a bowl.

Add one egg to the rice and mix it thoroughly.

Cook the vegetables in a pan with a little oil.

Warm a little olive oil in a pan on medium heat.

Put the diced onion in the pan and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Put the diced carrot in and cook for 3-5 more minutes, stirring.

Move the cooked vegetables to the bowl with the rice.

Mix the ingredients.

Put one tablespoon of all-purpose flour and two tablespoons of Parmesan cheese into the bowl.

Add salt, black pepper, and a little bit of crushed red pepper.

Stir everything together until it is completely mixed.

Shape and cover the burger patties.

Put bread crumbs on a plate.

Shape the rice mixture into balls using a spoon or your hands, then press each ball to make a flat patty.

Cover each patty with bread crumbs evenly by rolling them. Keep doing it until you have used all the mixture.

Cook the burgers in a pan.

Warm up olive oil in a pan on medium heat.

Put the breaded patties in the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side, turning them occasionally until they are golden brown and crispy.
