Salisbury Steak Recipes

Whatever you need to make Salisbury steaks:

  • 1.5 kg of ground meat
  • 2/3 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of onion, coarsely powdered
  • 2 minced cloves of garlic
  • one big egg
  • Two tablespoons Sauce made with Worcestershire pepper
  • 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard
  • thyme, dry, 1 teaspoon
  • Toss with salt and pepper.
  • oil from olives, 2 teaspoons
  • Given the gravy:
  • Butter, 2 tablespoons
  • 2-Tbsp. of regular flour
  • Worcestershire sauce (one tablespoon) and two cups of beef broth
  • Toss with salt and pepper.
