Slices of raspberry pudding cream (no-bake cake)

ingredients

Basic :
approximately 400 g (30-35 pieces) ladyfingers (preferably the large ones e.g. Savoiardi brand)
300 ml of fruit juice (e.g. apple, orange, pear,…)

Cream:
900 ml of milk
200 g of sugar
3 packs. of vanilla pudding powder
1 vanilla pod
250 g of butter (1 cube) at room temperature.

Raspberry icing:
600g frozen Raspberries
1 pack of powdered gelatine (I use instant)
3 tablespoons of sugar
Cream layer:
500 ml of whipped cream/cream and 4 teaspoons of San Apart
o 2 packs of cream thickener
o 500 ml of confectionery cream/vegetable cream (e.g. Guma or Rama Cremefine)
