Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until creamy, about 2 minutes. Add in the eggs one at a time, then the vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, crushed graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Add Chocolate and Marshmallows: Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop and Arrange: Scoop out 1.5-tablespoon balls of dough onto the baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Gently press a piece of milk chocolate (if using) on top of each cookie.
  7. Bake: Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the edges are golden. The centers may look a bit underbaked, but they’ll firm up as they cool.
  8. Cool and Enjoy: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
