Prepare the Beef and Bacon Mixture:

Brown ground beef in the bacon grease.
Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.

Drain excess grease, add ketchup and cooked bacon.

Assemble the Pie:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
Spread beef mixture in the bottom of the dish.
Top with shredded cheeses.
Prepare the Batter:

Whisk together Bisquick, milk, and eggs.
Bake the Pie:

Pour batter over beef and cheese mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool slightly before slicing.
Serve:

Slice and serve hot. Enjoy with your favorite sides.
